C. Why is the gospel powerful?
1. Because of its message (1 Cor. 15:1-4; Jn. 20:30-31)
2. Because of its remedy
3. Because of its author
4. Because of its assurance (2 Pet. 1:3; 2 Tim. 3:16-17; 1 Jn. 1:7; 1 Jn. 5:13)

II. HIS HAND TOUCHES LIVES THROUGH HIS FOLLOWERS.

A. Christians are God’s instruments to touch human lives with the gospel (2 Cor. 4:7; Mk. 16:15).

B. Sometimes we lose sight of the power of the gospel.

III. HOW CAN WE TOUCH LIVES WITH THE LOVE OF CHRIST?

A. Develop the mind of Christ (Ph. 2:5; 2 Cor. 5:14; 1 Cor. 13).

B. Let the mind of Christ draw us closer to God.

C. As we draw closer and closer to the mind of Christ, we draw closer to His life and our outreach of love grows stronger and stronger in touching lives of others.
